White Knights Coat of Arms is located in northern Illinois. We are dedicated to preserving the Dogo Argentino as true to the creator's original intensions. This is not our source of income (we have jobs) nor is this our hobby. This is our passion. We believe that health and temperament is second to none. However, conforming to the confirmation of breed standards as well as hunting ability is of equal importance.

I have owned many dogs in my life. However the Dogo Argentino is truly in a class by its self and I have never been so captivated by any other breed. It's fearlessness as a hunter to track, pursue and engage large game and guardians by nature to protect their home and loved ones. With a temperament to be loyal and wonderful companions the Dogo Argentino is truly one of a kind.

The Dogo Argentino is a working dog and needs to be worked. Exercise is very important and daily walking is a must!!! A tired Dogo is a Good Dogo. They are strong willed and highly intelligent creatures. They can be easily trained. But can be very reserved with strangers. Early socialization and obedience training is therefore necessary. They are now utilized by the police and military people in search and rescue operations, in narcotics detection as well as guide dogs for the blind and will generally excel in any job or task that is given to them. However the Dogo's primary reason for existence will always be large game hunting.

The Dogo Argentino is not a dog for everybody. Please take the time to research the breed thoroughly before making a decision to add a Dogo to your home!!!
